Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

All products are shipped from our facility in Wisconsin. If you are interested in picking up your order locally, please reach out to us at support@thecandybarshop.com for more details.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to countries that accept USPS deliveries. If USPS does not deliver to your country, we regret that we are unable to fulfill your order. Please contact us at support@thecandybarshop.com to notify us about your desire to ship our products internationally.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 10 business days after we receive them. Please note, the delivery times provided by the shipping carrier(s) are estimated and not guaranteed. Candy Bar, LLC holds no responsibility once your package is processed with the shipping carrier(s), as it is considered delivered (at the address you provided at checkout). Once delivery has been made, the Customer assumes the risk of lost or damaged product.

Hot Weather Notice

We do not offer refunds for items damaged due to heat exposure. Our shipping carrier(s) do not accept claims for melted products. To prevent hot weather damage, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or requesting that the package be held for direct pickup at your local carrier's location. At time of product purchase, you may also add the additional precautions of including an ice pack and/or thermal wrap to your order. 

Incorrect Address

Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update your address, please contact us at support@thecandybarshop.com before your order ships. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Order Cancellations

All sales are final once the order has shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@thecandybarshop.com. Cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking and credit card processing fee. Candy Bar, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be suspicious or fraudulent.

Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if part of your order is missing, please contact us at support@thecandybarshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the referenced items.
